(Crawfordandco.ie) is looking for 2 (two) Commis Chefs who hold a
professional cookery qualification and have at least 3 years of proven
experience working as chefs. The job description will be as follows:
• Reporting to the Chef de Partie, and assisting in the food
preparation process • Cooking and preparing elements of high quality
dishes • Preparing vegetables, meats and fish • Helping with
deliveries and restocking • Assisting with stock rotation and
Cleaning stations • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food
safety standards (HACCP) This is a full time, permanent position. The
minimal annual remuneration is € *K. The hours
of work are * hours per week, 5 days out of 7
(to be arranged), including lunch and dinner
